Took the car to Brugge. What a pure delight!! A lovely place, a completely different world. You can drive through the city over the cobbled streets and then park underneath all safely.

Had a sat nav with me. Its a Binetone which the logo is "drive like a local". I felt that I did. She, the voice gave duff instructions sometimes making me have to go round a roundabout telling me to take the third turning when she really meant the second. Once she said turn left turn right but the red road line was straight ahead. #-o With all her menopausal faults, I would recommend one abroad especially females as then you don't have the problem of having to ask.

The world has certainly opened its doors to me and I can't wait to be able to go across the water again. :D

Loved it. 80 + back to Calais in the poring rain and only had a slight drip off my elbow. Great fun!!! \:D/

May try for Germany again as the scenery is stunning. :D
